Laboratories of PRODUCT ACCELERATOR are research teams of specialists in China and Russia. It is a team of the best marketers, specialists of food retail, fashion&beauty buyers, representatives of trading houses, purchasing managers and distributors in China.

The main laboratory of PRODUCT ACCELERATOR is located in Weihai (China) and is based on the Weihai Technology College. The laboratory of the food adaptation is located in Saint-Petersburg.

PREPARATION

We create questionnaires, select for focus group respondents, prepare for laboratory tests, acquire prospective competitors’ product samples.

ANALYSIS

We conduct focus groups (2-3 depending on the target audience structure), laboratory tests, expert interviews (1 session per 1 product group) and the analysis of the competitive environment in online and offline retail sales channels (competitors, pricing in online and offline sales channels, positioning, design and package trends).

REPORT

Here we work on the report, that contains the transcription, translation and interpretation of the research data, a summary of competitive environment analysis, video materials on focus groups; as well as, our conclusion and advice on how to improve the product’ technology, recipe, flavour, pricing; finally, recommendations on marketing promotion to the target audience.

ACCELERATION

At this step, we work on refining the product at Accelerator’s laboratories (correcting recipe and composition) and at the marketing department (improvement of packaging). We also develop of a marketing plan (pricing, positioning, sales and promotion channels).
